Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental or ride begins — full refund, no questions. Inside 48 hours, contact us and we will do our best to rebook the dates; refunds inside 48 hours are at our discretion.
Deposits & payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe — card details never touch our website. Some vehicles carry a refundable security deposit, shown on the vehicle page; it is returned within 3 business days after the vehicle is checked back in undamaged.
Delivery
Golf carts and rental vehicles are delivered to your rental home and picked up at the end of your trip. Delivery areas and any fees are listed on each vehicle page.
Drivers & safety
All drivers must hold a valid driver’s license. Golf carts are street legal only on roads posted 35 mph or less, and local traffic laws apply. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear during the rental period.
